El Warike offers the best authentic taste of the Peruvian Cuisine. This business was established on July 5, 2007, when the visionary entreprenuer and chef Jorge Corzo noticed there were no Peruvian restaurants in Bradenton.

Since its establishment, El Warike has not only offered a welcoming atmosphere, but also high quality service and high standards of its employees. The main focus of El Warike is its clientele. As soon as the customers enter the restaurant, they are transported to the land of the Incas. From Peruvian seafood (Ceviches) to traditional Peruvian dishes (Seco de Res), El Warike offers a myriad of delicacies that everyone should taste.

Jorge Corzo and his family arrived to the United States 11 years ago with a vision: to share the hidden treasures of the Peruvian cuisine with all Americans. Since then they have established serveral Peruvian restaurants. Including: El Tondero, Red, Peruvian Grill, and now El Warike.
